How to add tags to procedures and filter the procedures page
Background:
Within the Zaptic portal, the procedure page can be organised by implementing tags which allow you to filter the procedures shown. Implementing tags will allow for easier navigation within this page of the portal and will help you group procedures to find them faster.
Permissions needed:
- To view the procedure page and filter by tags = Procedure Management permissions
- To add tags to a procedure you need to be a collaborator on the procedure you wish to amend
How to add tags to a procedure
1. Navigate to the 'procedures' tab within the portal
2. Select the procedure you wish to add tags to
3. Select the '+ add' under the 'tags' header, and type out the tag you wish to add
4. The completed tag should look as follows -
How to use tags on the procedures page of the portal
1. Navigate to the 'procedures' tab within the portal
2. Select the tag you wish to view from the 'filter by tags' bar. This will show only procedures containing the select tag or combination of tags.
