To Do 

A simple and effective time/date ordered list of scheduled activity to be completed and includes Tasks, Training and Actions.

In the case that the user or their team has no scheduled activity this tab will be blank. 

  • Tasks   - A type of workflow configured in Zaptic to be completed through the app.

  • Training - A training module to be completed e.g. an SOP 

  • Actions - A specific instruction or workflow assigned to a user to resolve an issue.
