What is the difference between tasks and training workflows?
Zaptic procedures can contain two different types of workflows -
- Tasks
- Training
You may have noticed that each other these options has its own tab within a procedure, as shown below.
These two types of workflows can be found under their respective tabs within a procedure. The difference between tasks and training workflows is the output that they provide.
Tasks provide reports, which can be viewed in the tasks tab and can be visualised in boards.
Training workflows instead produce a completion matrix that can be viewed on the training tab within a procedure. This allows a visualisation of training completion, based on which users have completed assigned training workflows. You can view overall and individual completion.
