Push Notifications

To turn on push notifications ensure you have allowed them on your device level settings.

For Apple devices (iOS)

  1. Go to Settings (Grey cog)
  1. Click on Notifications
  1. Find Zaptic (Ordered alphabetically so at bottom)
  1. Ensure notifications are tuned on (Green)

  2. Optional : select any other settings you'd like.

For Samsung/Google devices (Android)

  1. Go to setting ( grey cog)

  2. Click on Notifications

  3. Go to "Select All"

  4. Ensure search parameter is set to "All"

  5. Search "Zaptic"

  6. Ensure notifications are turned on " Show Notification"
