Now you have collected some data you can dig in a little deeper and find out exactly what each report displays...
On entering an active campaign, you will be able to see the number of total visits along with your business specific KPI's.
Diving in further, you can see each user's reports in detail.
Find the user you’d like to look at. Clicking on their name will open a page which will display all their visits along with date and time.
To see extra information click on the visit and scroll through the data recorded.
You can change the status of that specific report if you have multiple status' configured (refer to Workflows section).
At the bottom of every report portal admins have the option, if they'd like, to open a discussion by writing comments and reading existing conversations about that specific report. You can also delete the report - please be aware that this is permanent and cannot be retrieved once deleted.
To download the campaign data from the Campaign page.
- Click on the specific campaign.
- Click Export
- Wait a few minutes until the download button appears.
- Click download to receive a CSV file to your computer.
