File size limits when uploading media into workflows

File size limits for media uploads

When adding media into Zaptic workflows, different file types have different size limits. These can be found below -

AVI 2GB
CSV 5MB
DOC 5MB
DOCX 5MB
JPEG 5MB
JPG 5MB
MOV 2GB
MP4 2GB
PDF 5MB
PNG 5MB
PPT 5MB
PPTX 5MB
WEBM 2GB
XLS 5MB
XLSX 5MB

If a file you wish to upload exceeds these sizes, please try to compress the file to see if this allows you to upload at a smaller size (this can usually be done with a quick google search to find free file compression sites).
