FAQ: Why can't I see a task/ training on the app?

FAQ: Why can't I see a task/ training on the app?

Usually, a task/ training is not available on the app if a team is NOT assigned to the procedure. Or if a user is not associated with a team.

So if you have this issue check 2 things:
1. The procedure has a team assign
2. The user is associated to the correct team.

If the above is confirmed, please, contact - support - ticket.
