Ad hoc activity

Users with no scheduled tasks, can access certain tasks by pressing the + button at the bottom of the screen.
Here you may find tasks such as “Near Miss” or “Maintenance Tags” which are completed on an ad-hoc basis. 
The + button is accessible at all times, whether you're in the middle of a daily cleaning task or have just opened the app from your home screen.

When pressing the + button users are presented with a search bar and a scroll option, allowing them to search for the specific task/training/procedure they're looking for.


When scrolling through the list of available tasks/training, you will have quick access to “Recently Used” at the top. After this, the list is alphabetically ordered by procedure, where each procedure is a heading and the available tasks sit below.
