Administrated Team – Allows you to see all campaigns which include the team you administrate.
Analytics – An overview of KPI’s displayed in charts and graphs.
Calculation table – An activity type which is designed for calculating specific values using the user’s data.
Call quantity – The number of times a location should be visited during one campaign.
Campaign – A planned set of activities for users to complete in a set period of time.
Confirmation – An activity type which toggles between yes/no.
Completion – Available for Unit Process Flows and Unit Captures - Select whether all units must be completed to be able to move on.
Data Management – A section of the portal where data is uploaded/edited.
Data point – An essential label created to ensure the back end data is workable.
Dependency – Allows you to decide which activity/ies need to be completed before accessing another.
Display all – A configuration within the Unit List which shows every unit in the list on one screen.
Fix– Describes how an existing problem has been solved.
Focus List – A list of locations assigned to a campaign which includes the call quantity.
Form – An activity type on which a single page displays 1 or more questions of a variety of styles.
Form Type – Requires a unique, no space, lowercase name for this specific form.
Location List – Created with an aim to allow a unique set of questions to be assigned to this list.
Multi-select from list – A configuration within the Unit List which allows users to add units via either bar codes, searching for them by name or selecting them from a list. Once units are added, they can be multiselected when moving onto the next question in the flow.
Note – An activity type which opens a free text field.
Process Authoring – The creation/editing of the Workflow.
Process flow – A branching logic of questions which capture location level data.

Quick Select Unit – Available for Unit Process Flows and Unit Captures - this removes the "Start" button from the bottom of the activity meaning the clicking on any given unit will take the app user directly to the following step. They can only select one unit per time with this enabled.
Send – The compulsory final step of every activity template which will send the report.
Target Unit Type – Choose the units on which you’d like to base this activity.
Teams – Separate users into groups according to their role and the tasks should complete.
Single-select from list - A configuration within the Unit List which takes users through each question unit by unit.
Timeline note – Captures free text and records it on the app alongside the unique location for the user to reference on following visits.
