We realise saving key store information is essential to the quality of your work. We don't doubt you'll each have long lists of different decision makers names and numbers to go with them, so why not save them all in Zaptic?
You can create a customised "Info" page for every store where you can add any details you wish to remember for upcoming visits.
- Owner's Name
- Store Address
- Store contact number
- Pass-code (For a specific access to a private area)
- And many more!
How to do this?
Before entering a call, you have access to the Timeline page. The next tab along is the Info tab - tap it.
- Click on "Add Store Info"
- Click the + button the on the bottom right.
- Fill in the 2 fields with the necessary details.
- Press the tick button on the top left hand corner
- You will now see this information has been saved. You will be able to access it at any point in the Info tab of the specific store.
Taking a couple of minutes before each store visit to fill out this section will save you valuable time in the future.
