Many of you get worried when your ticks don't turn green as soon as you've completed the call.
This is not something which should disturb your working day so please keep calm and continue working!
In the meantime, here are a few tips though which could help your calls sync.
- Please make sure you're in an area of good connection.
- Keep your Zaptic app open to allow calls the time to sync. Your calls won't sync if Zaptic is in the background and you're busy with a different app e.g Reading your work e-mails.
- Go to Menu > Press the sync button (Two curved arrows in a circular form). This should manually sync your calls. If you're in an area of bad connection, you will see a pop up telling you just that. Try again later.
Top Tip: The calls won't be lost unless you log out! Stay logged in and sync your calls at the next possible opportunity.
